And why the previous MoM was not discussed, especially when there was a related topic like OLD DRESS DISTRIBUTION? We already have informed that Suresh and myself will go to Niloufer Hospital about old dresses distribution. We asked our members to collect old dresses. If our team (you and suresh) is on task at hand, shouldn't we talk about this? Is it something like if any team works on a case, the matter is in supreme court and it shouldn't be discussed!! After all we requested the ones who present to collect old dresses and if there are any that falls in the babies category, we will give them to you people. I really cannot understand on why there is a communication gap here. I feel in the monthly meetings we shall always discuss about the steps taken in the previous period. Here there was a meeting but there was no link between the discussion that took place the previous week. This is not a monthly meeting per se. This is a specially convened meeting for new members. I requested all members to participate because everyone of us would know about the new members, their interests and can see if we can form the teams and who our team mates are. What happened about the WDP and related matter? Kasyap is the only volunteer who present in the meeting and I mentioned his opinion. I haven't wrote about it in the MOM because there was nothing to write about it. Now after the discussion took place, can you say the objective of calling another intermittent meeting was successful??? When members do not co-operate any meeting will not be a success. Of late our meetings are unsuccessful. 4 or 5 members cannot sit, discuss and finalize things. Until and unless majority of our members participate in the meetings and from there the activities, no meeting can be deemed as a success. Or was it called because you thought nothing concrete was discussed in the previous meeting??? This is completely ridiculous question and I do not want to answer.
