Divya and others, Let me clarify one thing. No matter what the writing style of our members be, I never take things personal. I never feel people are commenting me.
When we are growing, there is bound to be difference of opinion. I didn't like the fact that people are increasingly misunderstanding. I still say misunderstanding. Why our members has to wait? Why not we come up with our ideas? Who stopped anyone from involving in the projects they are interested in? Why should we think that we are not giving chance to our members to work on their interested field? Why isn't there any discussion so far on Education? Who stopped? Whatever cases that came to our notice, we worked on them. What else we think that we should have done? If so, why no one initiated and followed it up? I strongly feel that there is an urgent need for the teams to take active role. Those who promised to be in the Education team should be pro-active and come up with plans. I also wish to recommend not to take any medical case for whatsoever be the reason until we get ourselves registered and the classification of funds be done. When we are ready with everything, when we have teams for the subgroups, then we will consider medical cases. Until then let us work on our guidelines part, organization part. Everytime I too get this question. Why 'only me'? When a discussion comes, why the members in Hyderabad do not respond? or for that matter any chapter? It is me who always answers. No one who are involved in decision making process and the activities respond. This always project a wrong view.
