It would be good if developers/designers from our group form team with him and work on it. 3. This can be discussed and implemented too. For those groups having Web site we will be giving the url and for others we will be giving a summary. We can come up with the template too on how we should present an NGO, as if it is a report. 4. The one who searches is the best person to fill the excel sheet. If one searches and provides the information and others has to update, it takes much time. Rather even if a person researches on four NGOs, it is better he himself fills the excel sheet with details, instead of finding 10 NGOs. 5. No. of persons in a team depends on the interest of the members in particular activity. Those who cannot work on-field, those who can spare time on Internet can take up this job. As you mentioned, it is better for us to discuss in detail before starting an activity and what all we are supposed to do and then plunge into action. That way, there will not be any doubts and confusion and also we will be clear on what we are going to do and why are we doing that. Let us wait for suggestions from members for a day or two. Then prepare a specification for this project. If after a week or 10 days, someone volunteers to join the team, can easily know what he has to do. Can you take up the responsibility of this project? Right from preparing a specification to identifying people, co-ordinating with them, updating the team would be the responsibility. Is this ok? Also once the specification is completed, post to the group. After finalizing it, we will send it to Suresh Ediga to upload it to our Web site under New Projects. This holds the specification and the contact details of the team. Say, you agree to own this project. Your name, email and phone (if you are ok with it) and also the details of the team who are working on which problem area.
