We sort of started out on this project way back last year and somehow lost the
momentum completely.

For more on this , please read OPMS

Before we get into the actual implementation of the project, there is lot of
homework that needs to be done. For example:

1) Prepare a database of

     a) Individuals who supported our activities.
    b) Groups who supported or will support.
    c) NGO's who supported or will support.
    d) Doctor's who supported or will support.

This should top the priority list as such a database would not help the OPMS
system but any other groups who are doing similar work. This database will be
published online so that everybody has access to this.

2) Specifications & Requirements document: It is important that we streamline
our efforts and know exactly what the scope of our project would be. This will
help us in distributing the responsibilities accordingly.

The real benefits of technology can be felt only if the poor can taste it's
benefits. OPMS is just one such benefit , I've similar projects for farmers ,
education and other areas.

Honestly , it will be a long wait before these projects see the light .

I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still i can
do something. I will not refuse to do something I can do . ( Helen Keller )
