Hi, I don't know how to react or how to answer these questions,prasanthi. Only thing i want to say is ,we all individually should feel that it is my group and it's my job to take it forward successfully.
I posed the question because meeting is your proposal and i may not be here for the weekend. Even otherwise, i'm not sure whether i would have responded with the answers u expected. somehow, i don't feel confident enugh to take up initiatives bcoz of various reasons. at the same time, i don't disown my responsibility.
