Hello Sivanand garu,

Let me clarify one point here. We do have agenda and we have been
circulating them ahead of the meeting. The problem is that when no
one attends the meeting or have time to take on a project or task,
no use of the agenda.

Going with other groups. This is as part of our Likeminded Groups Co-
ordination. This is the role that I play, Co-ordinator of Likeminded
groups. This is to talk with every other group that we know and
convince them to be a part of the BOSF platform.

Our own projects, it is not that we didn't have them. Only thing is
owing to lack of volunteer time, we couldn't proceed. We had Project
Niloufer and Awareness Campaigns and Visiting Organizations. Except
for Mehdipatnam school nothing went on as planned. But that doesn't
mean we do not have our own projects.

I very much agree with your concluding sentence. I also can say on
behalf of every member of the group that we are so only. No member
of TMAD group aspires for personal recognition. If at all we aspire
for something it is for our ideology. That is the reason why TMAD
never bothered about the publicity and sending PRs to the Press. In
fact, friends in media are starting to recognize our efforts and are
asking us to come up with write-ups so that they can publish.

First of all, the immediate need of our group is gathering of all
volunteers in a place. Once that happens we can talk with each
member and ask them to share their views and suggestions. Our group
never was directed by one single person. It is all with the co-
operation of each and every member. This is how I wish the group to
be. Instead of a person asking others to do this or that, I wish to
see members to be proactive and come up with their ideas, take on
roles and shoulder responsibilities.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
