Most of the times I observed all the active members in the organization(bosf or TMAD) are individually visiting the orphanages, hospitals, old age homes and taking inputs. At the same time, you are also working for your official work. Sometimes, it is a problematic issue in matching this work with official work and unable to cope up with all. It appears at sometimes done in a disorganized way and also much delayed though we tried hard to maintain. Often some places like schools have to be visited in an official day, causing much concern. I find one solution, the inputs can be taken from people or students who are doing the social service as a PG diploma or master of social work. So if we can go up to the universities or colleges offering that one as curriculum major and pick some good students and assigning the work for basic compilation of information. Why here is I observed in a holiday to match many works, we just go in a hurry to one needy place and take the needs in a hurry and in a half tone move to some other meet. We does not have much time to concentrate and win the rapport of the target population. After some time, some of personnel work comes to us or we may have to visit some other place due to request. This will make the rapport to break and may have to struggle a lot to make that gain alive. If we can make some of the people or students who are doing it as a curriculum part major, the rapport and correct assessment in a systematic way made. So identify all the universities or colleges who are doing it and bring them into our stream. We can also give them the certificates which will be benefit for them in future.
After their input, as experienced, we can correctly guide them and make a project and execute with our coordinating efforts. In this, there are two potential benefits, one works will be parallel going and also full assessment comes to us. when burden reduced to some extent, our brains also work effectively. Why Iam putting this suggestion is I faced lot of difficulty to communicate with the active members. For getting them on mobile is also very difficult and for me it is pain to disturbing them when they are on some work due to urgency nature. And also, I believe communication and approachability is the most important when the targets are going to be increased when compared to start up. So I feel an effective measurement and output comes only at the best of an effective communication environment. If somebody key personnel cannot take some time to communicate with the members involved, though dedicated to the cause, there is no meaning that the work goes to the best output. So I feel in the way suggested, we can increase our work output and also become stress free. Only thing we have to do is to monitor and then coordinating with our constant efforts giving our experience. There might be few issues when we are taking the help of some people doing it as their major course as economy for transport and all. But I don't think this might be much issue as we allot them one certain place and a set time. Remember even we have to spend money if we move by ourselves. So think of all the opportunities and come for a better solution. I found few members who submitted their activity details to BOSF, when iam interacted are doing the course, who wishes to take it as a career. I believe to take a cause as our motto in any sector, first is resources important. If resources available, I feel half the work done. I take up the resources identification as a mini target as first priority when iam about to move for a bigger target. I simply forget all the work and objectives and all first. My priority goes for proper resource identification and then planning an effective manner to match them to best output.
