Wonderful mails from you, Hemanth. All your observations are valid. Let me try to answer some of them.
1. Communication: We mainly rely on e-mail communication than mobile or chat. And most importantly we share everything/every discussion in the yahoo group. We may miss the calls to mobile or chat window but we never miss to reply a mail. It is not possible for anyone to be available on mobile however much one can manage their time. Also mobile communication is limited, more or less it is person to person and we want our communication to be group oriented and not individual oriented. 2. Adhoc mode Yes. It is the case right from the beginning. With the volunteers that we have and with all the constraints and limitations, we still want to do the work and so we keep on going. There is very much a need to look back and look at the future and to devise ways on the best possible method of executing our ideas to achieve best results and for that we formed a core committee and also decided to define focus areas. Chaitanya already mailed us to send our views to him. Deadline for the core committee to define the focus areas is April 15th. 3. Focus Areas Your suggestions are very very useful and we should definitely give serious consideration. By April 16th, we will come up with the focus areas as planned and we will definitely make it a point that we (all members) work to the expectations on our group. Keep sharing your views.
