That was a good mail and thought provoking as well. All your views are good with some exceptions which have some practical difficulties. But that does not stop us making steps towards these ideas. We need to break the task into smaller targets and prepare a chart and see where we stand regularly in achieving the same.
As said by prasanthi we will discuss the same in the core group and then later on post the gist of discussions and also the plan. We have recieved a few plans we will discuss the same.
