Hello Friends,

Greetings.

This is very very important mail. Please pay attention to this mail and
respond with your views.

We discussed enough about the home and majority of the response is
positive while some facets are open for discussion.

Place:

Coming to the place where we set up the home, if we consider the Cities
we might not fulfill the responsibility as expected. This is one of the
major concerns raised. Also the cost of living and the expenses are a
major factor.

Research:

We did not want it to be a regular orphanage and we want to educate
children to be a thorough individuals rather than half-baked ones. We
wanted to study different education systems and methods and want to
come up with the one that comprises the best of every method (in line
with our Constitution).

Dr. Giri, the founder member of Dr. Raman Foundation, is also our
esteemed member. He has done enough research about our education
systems, different teaching methods, child psychology and also met many
eminent social workers, bureaucrats and public figures and discussed
about Education.

He nurtured the idea of plunging into the social sector full time and
he resigned his highpaying job six months earlier than he planned. He
has friends who can lend support for the education of 20 students. If
he has our support too, he can extend the number depending on our
commitment.

He is also our TMAD member and this is like working on the idea with
our member who is experienced enough. He is ready with his Presentation
which may take one, one and half hour. We can listen to him and decide.

I request US and Blr members to decide upon a time so that you can all
be online and listen to him. We can work out the modalities on how we
can set up the Online Conference. Dr. Giri may be out of station from
Aug 16th or so. He may be available in September again. How about
meeting for this specific purpose in the second week of August?
Hyderabad members please confirm your participation.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
