Hi all,
Infact today we were a bit sad and dejected since morning, when we come across the death of father of one of OCMS trainee by name Mahesh. We prey the almighty may his father's soul rest in peace. He come for the discussion on that day late but not informed us that his father is being in serious health condition. May be because of human apprehension to express (the first block where a human request does not come to a proper channel where I believe technology (108 example) could do some thing as a solution, we missed the case though we being there to guide him. We did not know about it till today morning we received the sad news. And the result being he lost his father today for the cause of a simple treatable cause like Jaundice because of no proper channel being directed and no functional professionals concerned with it on the spot where these people have been went for most of time making some precious time lost. Like telemedicine and knowledge processing outsourcing units in the medical settings, where remote diagnostic kits plays an important role and small advices from concerned specialists also make a huge difference if it is made out in the begining. This heartthrobbing incident this morning made us to thought for a while and we understand the significance of OCMS in a bigger context. The Orissa young final year medicine students four in number does a lot of significant work in this. They are being the trend setters in this context to me that we can solve this problem also. Ofcourse these incidents are common for me as a doctor everyday and there are some long sleepless nights in the immediate period when I come across these incidents to think about a long term solution. I lost my pinni with the same reason only ofcourse for a different case diagnosis but the functional block being the same. I believed technology is also one solution where if blended with health sector could change lives of people. So I request all the people to coordinate in such a cause where humanity plays an important role in whatever the possible way that they can do. Some members have apprehended this is a very huge task and we need to have huge things etc. Some queried here in Nellore are resources few and how we could able to manage. No proper resources there even to teach PHP, My sql here. I believe and I have such confidence as my life is best example to me, even when resources are few and opportunities are minimum, people can produce wonderful results. Infact many great things are being done in that context. So I have strongly decide to move further. But we do not know the other things. Only the thing my team and myself has the desire to do a long term solution for these type of functional blocks in help requests. Iam going for a good cause. Though its tough to do something at the first set, I have belief in the humanity of mankind and sure we will win together and do some justice to our lives. I know people are very good and all will help us for making a bigger bond of humanity. Iam being very emotional when I heard the incident at morning 5 am here. Then when I traced the reason of how we missed is again the old age repetitive functional block. I believe for every problem there will be a solution. If there wont be a solution, then it wont be a problem. It will be a simple hypothesis. Problem will always be tailored with a solution. The immediate thing we get if we open our vision to develop a solution is understanding the problem. If we did not go in such a way with hope, wasting our time worried about the problem, we will end up with doing nothing. So I always try to make myself to look for a solution when I heard of any problem or even just heard problem the word, being habituated in such away as disease and treatment, disease being the problem and treatment being the solution. So for this functional block, I believe OCMS is being the significant solution in my long term understanding. All members I request you to please give your valuable suggestions and helping hand, to improve the quality of the solution that we are trying to work out. Regards Dr. Hemanth
