I'm happy with the current treatment of the CR information. Unfortunately, the Frames view appears to stuff each button click into the history. This is different from the current Frames view. That is, with the current webrev, I can enter the Frames view, navigate using the "Diff navigation" buttons, and then click on the browser back button to go back to the webrev top-level page.
