Erm... I do not understand this item... wasn't the long-standing consens
that Solaris tries to migrate away from *roff manual pages and switch to
DocBook/SolBook ? In any case I would sync with the docs team and let
them sign-off this change...
There is a difference between what is used to develop the man page and
what is installed on the system.
Have a look in /usr/share/man/sman*/ and you will find them
surprisingly empty.
