Besides licensing problems there is also a potential problem (albeit smallish) with dependencies. Currently wsdiff still lives in onbld and expects ONNV CBE to be present. Introducing 3rd party dependency would be sort of a hassle in the current state. Once onbld is decoupled from ONNV this might be solvable in better way.
