Nice!

BMP is better. As I need another conversion step to EPS (and hence
Latex) I need to see whether this is sufficient enough. the reviewers of
a paper seem to have surprising requirements as I had to learn the
hard way :-)

The only problem I see is that on some test exports the icon colors of
the class and annotation properties are light blue (cyan?) instead of
yellow. But only sometimes.

There are solutions to pipe the GEF diagrams through batik and get SVG
or EPS as output.

Does this only work for the graph page in the resource view? Or does
this act on both, the *graph* and *diagramm* page?

If I need to improve the quality of the exported images further I might
try a custom plugin to add this functionality. Well, I haven't really
looked into the details of the API..... how can I access the diagram or
graph page? And how do I get the GEF draw pane (or whatever this is)?
