Phil; If you can take a look at the Error Log and let us know what that says, it may help.
The -Test file is the instance file. When you open the -Test file, it will use the -Schema file to query the Oracle database to populate class instances, etc. Could there be some difference between the schema queries that populate the -Schema file and the queries when opening -Test.
