OK.  A step deeper into the import structure set up by the wizard.
The .d2rq file holds the mapping to the instance data, which is
associated with the BaseURI statement.  The -Test file imports the
BaseURI specified in the .d2rq file.  As long as the import statement
in the -Test file matches the BaseURI statement in the .d2rq file, the
import will occur.

If not, you get the message that the import cannot be found.
