So looking at my files.
the test file has this ...
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<rdf:RDF
xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
xmlns:schema="http://www.syngenta.com/ch_rs3_schema_2.owl#"
xmlns:db="http://www.syngenta.com/ch_rs3_db_2.owl#"
xmlns:owl="http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#"
xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#"
xmlns:rdfs="http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#"
xml:base="http://www.syngenta.com/Test-ch_rs3_db_2.owl">
<owl:Ontology rdf:about="">
<owl:imports rdf:resource="http://www.syngenta.com/
ch_rs3_db_2.owl"/>
<owl:imports rdf:resource="http://www.syngenta.com/
ch_rs3_schema_2.owl"/>
</owl:Ontology>
</rdf:RDF>
the d2rq file has this ...
#D2RQ Properties file needed by TopBraid Composer as a placeholder for
the virtual database
#Tue May 19 12:06:55 BST 2009
MappingFile=ch-rs3-Mapping.owl
BaseURI=http\://www.syngenta.com/ch_rs3_db_2.owl
DriverClassName=oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
But no ch_rs3_db_2.owl file has been created by the import.
cheers
