I'm getting

Warning: Error during import. The import will be ignored
but as a result the model may be incomplete.

The following URIs could not be imported:
<http://www.syngenta.com/ch_rs3_db_2.owl>

When I look in the filesystem the mapping, schema and test files have
all been created, but there is no sign of the database file.

The log has the following error, which occurs (twice) at each attempt
to open the test file.

eclipse.buildId=M20090211-1700
java.version=1.6.0_13
java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86, WS=win32, NL=en_GB
Command-line arguments:  -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86

Error
Tue May 19 11:55:21 BST 2009
The
'org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.web.ui.internal.hyperlink.script.event.JSPJavaHyperlinkDetector'
extension from plug-in 'org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.web.ui' to the
'org.eclipse.ui.workbench.texteditor.hyperlinkDetectors' extension
point will be ignored because it contains invalid attributes.
