Good point! The Source Code sub-tab takes the subject in the Form and
generates "localized" serializations for that subject. I.e. a
serialization of all triples starting with the resource in the form.
That's different than creating a serialization for the entire file.
Which is also to say that what is shown in the Source Code sub-tab
does not come from the text serialization of the file.

The choice to use RDF/XML when namespaces are not defined is really
about the confusion that results when adding j.0, etc prefixes and not
being able to control their generation. This doesn't occur for the
Source Code sub-tab.

<Moreover I am a bit confused about the form
"vabi/blinds.owl#Blinds" >

I believe this means that your URI or default namespace is
http://www.bimtoolset.org/ontologies and rdf:about is providing a URL
relative to that base. XML stuff ;-)
