Yes, I would expect replacing the TopBraid system project is unchartered
territory. We need to think about this.
Meanwhile, can you redirect your owl:imports to your own copy of
geonames that uses a different base URI? You can use the same classes
and properties, just save the under a different graph and upload that
graph with your own project.

Top Braid comes with several ontologies such as Good
Relations, Geonames, vcard, etc. The provided Geonames is out
of date so my project is using a recent version of it. But I

One solution I've used is to delete the geonames file from
/Common and then export the TopBraid folder again to the
server. But I don't like this because I'm not sure what else
