The last time I deployed, it went something like this: 1.) Deploy dependent project. 2.) Deploy Geonames project (this fails because of the geonames conflict) 3.) Delete geonames.ttl from TopBraid in TBC-ME on my system 4.) Deploy TopBraid 5.) Deploy Geonames without issues.
I really like Irene's suggestion of replacing the old version of geonames.ttl on the server with a current version. I'll try that first and if I still have issues, I'll change the base URI for the geonames ontology I'm using. Thanks for your help!
