Yes, it is likely that refreshing the workspace doesn't refresh the
TopBraid project because it is "special". I am glad this worked out.

Geonames ontology doesn't carry any function in our system, so it is safe
to update it this way. I would of course caution about applying this
approach in a more general way because many models in the TopBraid projects
are used by the system. Replacing them without careful consideration may
create problems.
