That's an older change.  The patch in his SOC queue pushes the Nautilus
menus into a submenu, similar to the way the context menus on Windows work.

I've been using his version of the file for a couple days, along with my
fixes to work with the tip of hg, so I'll post a patch that applies all
those changes.
