Optimally, we would support moves in the shell extension. A right-drag into
a folder would pop up a context menu with options: 'revisioned move',
'revisioned copy'
In practice, I expect most Windows users to just move and rename their files
willy-nilly and then expect Mercurial to figure out what happened at commit
time. That's where my idea of a 'find renames' dialog would be useful.
This simple rename dialog is just to make it _nearly_ as easy to rename a
file in a way that Mercurial is immediately aware of (we'll even update the
overlays).
