I didn't noticed that my team member who reported this problem was using the software "TotalCommander" which can be downloaded here <<http://www.ghisler.com/>>. This software is an advanced file browser designed to replace Windows Explorer. The bug can be reproduced from within TotalCommander 7.02a but not from the standard Windows Explorer. Also when we tried on other computers, we tried with TotalCommander 6.54a and the bug could not be reproduced with this version. **So the bug is probably created by TotalCommander which probably not set correctly the cwd.** We did not tested with the last version of TotalCommander (version 7.04a) yet but we will test it and I will let you know the result.
