This puzzles me more than it guides me. If you really want the question mark, please use the same icon used for CHM files.
I would expect applications to have a menu, with the rightmost menu labled "Help". This menu has a menu item for bringing up CHM help. Inside this there may be links to web pages (e.g. wiki). I would also expect F1 to be a shortcut to the CHM help, on the page relevant to the current dialog. While I'm at it, the column selector is a triangle that points down but its location is two rows above column headings. This is also confusing. Mozilla Thunderbird has a similar button (see attachment), but it is placed next to the column headings. Regards, Peer
