Perhaps the sync tool can be left in as a command line only tool.
There seems to be some demand for an 'hgtk pull' which just opens the
dialog and triggers the pull.

There isn't much of a master plan.  I think we have an idea or two
we'd like to persue when time can be found.

* Showing working directory changes as a "pre-changeset" and allowing commits.
* Allow the user to switch repositories without closing the dialog
