As for over 30's Madness fans turning into UB40 fans, I think that's
complete balls. What makes you think that? That maybe the case with
some peole you know, but it certainley isn't with the fans I know.

Andy-

I totally agree.

The only way I can conceive of going from a Madness fan to a UB40 fan would be if I first had a pre-frontal lobotomy.

UB40 never have, never will hold a spent match up to Madness. When Madness' songs are played on radio (a rare thing here in the U.S.), I go all nutty and happy.  When it's UBfarty, I have to generally turn down the sound, or, if I'm already having a bad day, smash the $#!+ out of the radio.

Mad, mad, I tell you!
