I downloaded the squeezebox server 7.5 version. I'm new to all of this so I'm not sure what you mean by local SBS server. I should have provided more information in my original email. I apologize for not doing so. I have an external hard drive connected to my Touch. My touch is hard wired to my internet. I have a laptop that I want to use to control the music play on the touch (like a remote control).
