John...I can't confirm whether or not your tip did the trick, but I'm going to give you credit for it anyway! I deleted the "squeezebox.db" files that were on my hard drive as you suggested before I tried another scan and it worked this time. I also did a soft reset of the Touch before the scan using the reset button on the back of the unit.
