My entire library was mp3 intially setup for my iPod. I moved to FLAC once storage space became rediculously cheap. I was glad that I did. The squeezeboxes (SB3 in this case) definitely revealed differences I could hear between my mp3s and FLAC. They were subtle, but they were there. I found it advantageous to move. It also helps that FLAC is the unstated standard format for squeezeboxes, so its playback is stable from release to release. dmg;539345 Wrote: > One of the great things about the Touch is the sheer convenience of > being able to gain access to a large music library (plus a lot of great > Internet radio) at, well, the touch of a button. Yes! It did that to my CD players. It's been years since I've played a CD in my house. I actually have used my turntable more often to digitize some of my old lps to listen on my squeezebox.
