You have many many variables above what you have stated to deal with.

First, you haven't mentioned what connection you are using. You do
mention Jitter. Is this the only item you are considering to impact the
quality?

If so perhaps if you are in the business you might send your device to
some of the testing houses that provide the testing service for Jitter
on hardware devices. There are several.

If you don't want to go that far and you want the community to
participate you may want to make your full system specs available was
well as a test file. It's doubtful that there will be great numbers of
people with your same hardware so you might want to consider reducing
the hardware components down to a bare minimum in order to get more
involvement.

You may want to check the other threads on disabling wlan. Last I
checked nobody was sure if the radio was off even if the drivers were
not loaded.

You also might want to set your screen saver to turn the display off
during your tests. This will reduce interference from the backlight.
