I tried following the above steps and the squeezebox still could not
connect.  

What is Sbs?

The error message on the touch is:  
Can't connect;  try again;  Choose a different network

The diagnostics screen shows:
Firmware version 7.5.1 r8837
Hardware version  5
MAC address  00:04:20:22:33:97
Wireless network  Not connected
mysqueezebox.com  DNS failed
Ping  Can't ping
TCP port 3483  Can't connect

The other options all have either a dash (-) or "Can't connect"

My PC's and 8 or 9 other devices can all connect, so I don't think
there is a problem with my network.  Any other ideas are welcome...
