SbS is squeezeboxserver. It runs on your computer. I assume you don't plan on running SbS on your own computer (you are going to use the built in SbS on the Touch or just use mysqueezebox.com). Back to your issue. You are definitely not connecting to the network with the touch. the question now is why?
