I wandered over to the "official" forum for the first time today. Replies from Logitech employees were few and far between and staff appeared to completely avoid the "difficult" issues like the plague. I saw zero official responses for the Touch/USB issues. Same for Receiver availability and the Radio battery in Canada. As such, the official site doesn't seem particularly useful, especially in comparison to this one.
