Thats another problem when Transcoding this info is bogus and simply incorrect in many cases, sbs transcodes to what the player can handle 24/48 or 24/96 depending on what kind of player you have . And they are converted to FLAC but not 16/44.1 (705kbps) but much higher 24/48 or 24/96 . Sound quality is the same lossles is lossles but use of bandwith is less. what kind of player do you have btw ? It's only Touch 8and maybe radio) thats supports alac natively and i'm not sure about 24/96 alac . So any old player have to have sbs transcode to flac or pcm , flac is the default setting.
