I have a Touch. I thought I read somewhere that the touch does support AIFF & alac natively. Am I incorrect about this? Are all my files going to be converted to FLAC? Or is there a place to set the touch (or server) to the type of file you are playing? Mnyb are you saying that 16/44.1 files are being upsampled to 24/96? Or am I totally misunderstanding? Or is there a setting to play files natively (e.g. a 16/44.1 will be played back 16/44.1 & a 24/96 will be played back 24/96, etc.)?
