Where do you live, that might help get you some answers? Another question is do you approach everything in life with such gloom and doom? The Touch says out of stock which does not mean discontinued! They are out of stock because demand was higher then they projected. Again a good sign. Logitech went to the expense and trouble to get the Receiver FCC re-certified so that it could be sold with the new WiFi chip/card. If they were letting the line die, I ask, why bother with the trouble and expense? This is one of those times that if one wanted one they should have pulled the trigger before stock was depleted.
