Great review !! But I don't read in to much in the USB stuff , for weird reasons of their Ayre offer only USB And have a very good DAC (so they say never heard it myself) .
There are countless other applications, with spdif and other dac's and processors . To me there seems to very few really good USB implementations. So why bother unless you have this very special Ayre DAC with this asynchronous USB implemetation. And I supose it had to be met with a good USB output in the driving PC to ?
