Hi Squeezers This week I bought a Squuezebox Touch and stopped using my Squeezebox Classic (version 3).
I have no problems when I stream radiostations over the Internet, but I miss the features, typing 4 2 on the remote, and the jumped to Favorite #42. But; when I switch to streaming from my local server (NAS) I have big problems. I see the library, and I easily find my albums. When I find and album and press PLAY it starts immediately playing, but after 10-30 seconds it stops, and then I hear silence for 20-80 seconds, and then the music plays. When the player switch from track 1, to track 2 on the album I have no problems, but when I search, find a new album, and press PLAY I have the same problem again. I had no problems with this when I used my Squeezebox Classic. -I have tried to reboot the Squeezebox. -I have tried to clear scanning on my server. -I have rescanned the entire library. -I have switched from 7.5.1 to 7.5.2. -I have tried to change the setting for performance. -I still have the problem and Im pi****!!! Have anyone a solution? My hardware: Squeezebox Touch Netgear NAS RND 5220 DUO (with 1GB RAM) SAGEM Router (wireless) My files: 27.000 MP3 files. All in 320kbps (Lame Codex 3.97) 400 pieces of artwork (320x320 pixels) (files size from 20-108KB) Thanks in advance.
