Interesting. And I mentioned "port blocking" not popup blocking. But then again if it was port blocking I don't think you'd ever get the track info at all, and you do get it some of the time. I have to believe this is something on your system rather than a problem with the TOUCH. You do seem to have a much more complicated than normal setup. Have you looked at the logs in SbS: SbS > Settings > Advanced > LOGGING look at your Server log file.
