Hi Gary, Yep, you're right,that's exactly where I was :-( . Going into Web Remote Control, what I get near the bottom right are 3 options: About, Server Settings and Player Settings. The last two list various options about the Touch set up, none of which, as far as I can see, make any reference to Logs. The most informative item provides Player MAC address and IP address etc. and it has my player IP address as 192.168.0.69, the 69 part being way above the number of items on my network. When I was having to put the IP adress in manually to try to get it to connect via ethernet I gave it 25 for the last no. As I have a lot less items on my network than 25 I thought that no. would be OK so I have no idea where it got the no. 69 from - or is all that irrelevant to this particular problem?
