Hi Gary, Sorry for the delay - I'm still very keen to sort this thing out but I've had a bad weekend with Cluster Headaches. I'm about to expose what a real numptie I am but I cannot follow the above suggestion as I get different options to the ones you offer so I'm probably looking in the wrong place. I assume that you are suggesting that I open up SbS by clicking on the Touch icon on the (bottom) task bar? - if so, the tabs that are available, reading L o R, are Status, Library, Account, Advanced, Diagnostics and Information - in other words 'Settings' ain't there. If I go direct to 'Advanced' one of the options available is 'Log Files' and two options are available under that heading, 'Show Server Log' and 'Show Scanner Log'. Both open up Notepad and display lines and lines of information - are either of these what we (you) need to look at? Sorry for being such a numptie :-( . TIA, Dave. -- DaveKen ------------------------------------------------------------------------ DaveKen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=34139 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85697 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
