If I am not wrong, you are the one on this forum who tells this story since the public release of the Touch (and the story of your brother). Unfortunately, this is everything but usual. As I said earlier, the fact that your brother uses mp3 files helps a lot. mp3 are much smaller than flac files, and far easier to handle. More than that, 50G (I guess it is 50G and not 50k as you wrote), is not a big library.
