Thanks Paulster, My VortexBox is an old PC which I turned into a VortexBox with zero knowledge of Unix. I did manage to get a Gnome GUI installed and running but that got stuffed when I upgraded the VortexBox software and I don't know how to fix it. The VortexBox software still boots and runs just fine. I wouldn't have a clue how to set-up "Wake-On Lan" in this environment. Nor how to make it go back to bye-byes, after I have finished with it (other than walking into the study and manually push a button) I certainly don't want the old clunker to be running 24/7. The Touch appears to be great with any device that can run a SqueezeBox Server but it would be nice if it spoke a more universal language as well. I somehow doubt if that will ever happen.
