Hi,

I am using the local SBS with my audio files residing on a USB stick.
There are two issues I dislike:
(1) When I remove the stick while the SBT is turned off (turning the
SBT OFF appears to place the device in some sort of sleep mode), the
SBT restarts and complains about the USB stick having been removed.
(2) When restarting after the power has been physically (!) removed,
the SBS restarts and completes a full rescan.

Issue (1) is just a nuisance (I discovered it when I powered down a USB
HDD which had been connected to the SBT; now I am using a USB stick
instead) which makes it awkward to conserve power when I do not listen
to music. Turning the SBT off should IMHO allow the use to power down
any connected USB devices.
Issue (2) does not really prevent one from unplugging the power supply,
but it certainly makes one think about that twice.

What I would like to see is a mode that lets me unplug the power supply
without having to wait for a complete rescan (local SBS) when the unit
is powered up again.

Warm regards,

Fred
