Before you you use the 30day return policy try 7.6 beta on it and see if it works better, to do that you have to install the sbs 7.6 beta server on a computer and let the Touch upgrade from that . We are all hoping they will debug 7.6 and release it, it does perform better on weaker hardware and have many bug fixes, but still contains some new bugs on it's own . Btw did it at least upgrade to 7.5.4 or 7.5.5 when you registred and conected it to mysqueezebox.com ? For some reason they come with really old and buggy fw rigth out of the box, so no 1 thing is to upgrade , this probably due to being made in large batches in china.
