Hmm you actually have no backup of your music files ? Thats a recipe
for disaster, even if you don't get any squeezebox at all get another
drive to backup your stuff, in my own case I've spent countless hours
ripping 1000's of CD's tagging music and downloading music . When (not
if) your drive fails you have a lot of work ahead to replace your files
:-/

If your really want to be sure keep 2 backups one at a friends home or
at work.
