Yes. Forget about converting FLAC to something else. FLAC is bit perfect as it is. Work on your DAC interface or network or something else--see, e.g., the Soundcheck 3.0 Touch Toolbox mods http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91322 instead. That will keep you super busy!
